Live Courses:

Should you find it necessary to cancel your registration, the refund policy is as follows:
A $50 processing fee will be withheld for all cancellations requests received 14 days prior to a course.
Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to a course shall not receive a refund.
 
Cancellation requests should be faxed to us at 626.286.6664 and must include the following:
If you paid by credit card we need your credit card number and expiration date to process a refund;
If you paid by check, please tell us to whom to make the check payable, and mailing address where the check should be sent.

ELECTRONICALLY MEDIATED ONLINE LECTURE COURSES:

A $25 processing fee with be withheld for all cancellations.  No refunds if you have taken the test.
